LinQ Minerals Limited (ACN 665 642 820) (Company) has lodged a prospectus dated 20 May 2025 (Prospectus) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to an offer of 37.5 million Shares at an issue price of $0.20 each to raise a minimum of $7.5 million (Minimum Subscription) and up to a maximum of 50 million Shares to raise up to $10.0 million (Maximum Subscription) before costs.
The electronic copy of the Prospectus available on this website does not constitute an offer of, or an invitation to subscribe for, Shares. You may print out a hard copy of the Prospectus from this website or copy the electronic Prospectus on this website into an electronic file for your personal use only. EXPOSURE PERIOD
In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act), the Prospectus is subject to an exposure period of 7 days from the date of lodgement of the Prospectus with ASIC (Exposure Period). This period may be extended by ASIC for a further period of up to 7 days. The Corporations Act prohibits the Company from processing an application for Shares under the Prospectus during the Exposure Period.
APPLICATIONS
Applications for Securities under the Offer may be made by investors using the online Application Form at www.linqminerals.com after the end of the Exposure Period.
Application Forms will only be made available online through the above link after the end of the Exposure Period.
An Application Form must be completed, and application monies paid electronically, in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and the Application Form. The Corporations Act prohibits any person from passing on to another person an application form unless it is attached to or accompanied by a complete and unaltered version of a prospectus. The Company will not accept a completed Application Form if it has reason to believe that the applicant has not received a complete and unaltered copy of the Prospectus (and any supplementary prospectus).
If an Application Form is not completed correctly, or the accompanying payment is the wrong amount, the Company may, in its discretion, still treat the Application Form as valid. The Directors’ decision to treat an application as valid and how to construe, amend or complete the Application Form, will be final.
