Gilmore Copper Gold Project

The Gilmore Copper Gold Project is 100% owned by LinQ Minerals Limited. It is a large-scale copper-gold project located in the well-endowed Macquarie Arc geological province in NSW, Australia. The globally recognised region is host to numerous Tier 1 gold and copper projects.

  • The project is an advanced large scale copper gold project at resource definition and pre-feasibility stage
  • Current Resources 516Mt containing 8.4Moz AuEq or 2.1Mt CuEq metal
  • Initial development of brownfield gold project – 51Mt @ 1g/t AuEq +10 year production predominantly gold (with copper credits)
  • Tier 1 jurisdiction with scale, mine life and a lower risk production scenario with substantial optionality
  • Resources are open along strike and at depth with low strip ratios at depths of only 300m-450m
  • Potential to be similar in scale to Cadia and North Parkes porphyry districts
  • Potential open pit mine with substantial mine life >25 years based on current inventory.
  • Strike length of >40 kms containing 3 zones of identified porphyry and epithermal mineralised systems that remain open and scalable

Initial Brownfields Development

  • Gidginbung and the Dam represent the two most southern deposits in the belt 120Mt @ 0.65g/t AuEq for 2.5Moz AuEq (or 0.5% CuEq, >600Kt CuEq)
  • Accelerated higher grade alternative >51Mt @ 1.0g/t AuEq for 1.6Moz AuEq for earlier capital payback and generate stronger cash flows in first 10+ years
  • Internal studies reflect strong cash flows and attractive IRRs from multiple development options
  • Close to surface open pit mining with low strip ratios
  • Ore bodies hang together well at multiple higher cut-offs
  • Represents only 23% of the global resource base
  • Conventional float concentrate plant for processing with potential to increase recovery
  • First 10 years production is gold dominated (~70%)
  • Additional exploration upside;
  • Gidginbung – is a high-sulphidation Au system with a strike length potential of >3.3km and open down dip. Drilling 1km north intersected porphyry style intrusive indicators and a hole 1km south intersected epithermal gold at ~200m depth. Multiple attractive drill targets with excellent drilling results – Mag H1 and Fields.
  • The Dam is an adjacent porphyry Cu-Au system open at depth and along strike

Geology

The Gilmore Copper Gold Project area is host to the full suite of the Macquarie Arc intrusive related copper and gold systems (that are analogues to the nearby Northparkes, Cadia and Cowal systems):

  • 5+ identified Porphyry Systems (Cu-Mo-Au)
  • Associated Epithermal Systems (Au-Ag).

The Gilmore Project is split into three distinct clusters:

Southern (Rosevale) Alteration Zone “RAZ”

  • Downthrown block consisting of preserved shallow epithermal gold related systems juxtaposed and telescoped over deeper porphyry related copper-gold-molybdenum centres along a 6km strike transfer fault complex.
  • Similar setting to world class Wafi-Golpu, Lepanto-Farsoutheast and Frieda River complexes.

Mandamah Alteration Zone (MAZ)

  • Multiple, sheeted vein porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum complexeslocated along a 16km strike on east margin of the RainHill Monzodiorite stock.
  • Similar setting to the Northparkesporphyry cluster.

Northern “Yiddah” Alteration Zone (YAZ)

  • 14km strike corridor laterally zoned from porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum in the north through to intermediate sulphidation epithermal gold in the south.
